Frequently Asked Questions

My Pro purchase isn't showing up

Open "Gacha Chord Pro" in the app and tap Restore purchase (購入を復元). This carries your purchase over after switching devices or reinstalling.

You must be signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you purchased with.

Will I be charged twice?

No. Pro is a one-time purchase, so an Apple Account that already owns it will not be charged again. If you tap Purchase by mistake, the App Store will tell you it is already purchased.
