This policy describes how Gacha Chord (the "App") handles user information.

1. Information We Collect

• The App does not collect any personal information.

The App does not connect to the internet. No account is required. We do not perform usage analytics, serve advertising, or transmit crash reports. No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs are included.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is stored solely on your device. Neither the developer nor any third party can access or retrieve it.

• Chord progressions you create and save (name, chords, key, tempo, section markers, notes, timestamp)
• Chords saved to favorites
• App settings (volume, timbre, playback style, candidate preview sound)

This data is never transmitted to any external server. Deleting the App from your device also deletes this data.

3. In-App Purchase

The App offers a one-time purchase, "Gacha Chord Pro."

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment details, such as credit card information, are handled entirely by Apple. The developer never receives this information.

The App uses Apple's StoreKit framework to determine whether the product has been purchased. The only information consulted is whether this device holds a purchase of that product. No personally identifiable information is obtained.
